Application:
Resin for FRP cable core is specially designed for FRP non-metallic reinforcing core. FRP non-metallic reinforcing core is an important component of optical cable / cable, which is generally placed in the center of optical cable / cable. Its function is to support optical fiber unit or optical fiber bundle, improve the tensile strength of optical cable, etc. Traditional optical cables use metal reinforcements. FRP non-metallic stiffeners are increasingly used in various optical cables because of their advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and long service life.
 

Usage:
FRP non-metallic reinforcing core (glass fiber) is a new type of high-performance engineering composite prepared by pultrusion process after mixing resin as matrix material and glass fiber as reinforcement material in proportion. FRP non-metallic optical cable reinforcement overcomes the defects of traditional metal optical cable reinforcement, and has excellent corrosion resistance, lightning resistance, electromagnetic field interference resistance, high tensile strength, light weight, environmental protection, energy saving and other significant advantages. It is widely used in all kinds of optical cables.

Storage & Notice

Storage:
In order to ensure storage stability of the resins, it is necessary to add the appropriate polymerization inhibitor when the temperature is too high in summer.
To ensure maximum stability and maintain optimum resin properties, resins should be stored in closed containers at the temperature below 25ºC and away from heat sources and sunlight. All storage areas and containers should confirm to local fire and building code.
Notice:
Drum stock should be away from all sources of flame or combustion. Inventory levels should be kept to a reasonable mininum with first-in, first-out stock rotation

    Small quality of sample in stock will be free, but the freight will be charged.

    100% full payment for the 1st trial order; from next order, 30% payment in advance, 70% payment after buyer get the B/L copy. We also accept L/C if you need.
