Brief introduction:
Epoxy vinyl ester resin is prepared by the chemical reaction of epoxy resin and methacrylic acid through ring-opening addition. It retains the basic segment of epoxy resin, 
and has the good process performance of unsaturated polyester resin. After curing under suitable conditions, it shows some special excellent properties.
Features:
The standard bisphenol A epoxy vinyl resin is a vinyl resin synthesized by the reaction of methacrylic acid and bisphenol A epoxy resin. It has been dissolved in styrene solution. The specific molecular structure is shown in the figure below.

This type of resin has the following characteristics:
(1) The double bonds at both ends of the molecular chain are extremely active, so that the vinyl resin can be cured quickly, and the strength of use can be quickly obtained, and a polymer with high corrosion resistance can be obtained;
(2) It is synthesized by methacrylic acid, and the methyl group on the edge of the ester bond can play a protective role and improve the hydrolysis resistance;
(3) The resin contains less ester bonds, which is 35-50% less per mole than chemical resistant polyester (bisphenol A-fumaric acid UPR), which improves its alkali resistance;
(4) More secondary hydroxyl groups can improve the wettability and adhesion of glass fibers, and improve the mechanical strength of laminates;
(5) Since it is only cross-linked at both ends of the molecule, the molecular chain can be elongated under stress to absorb external force or thermal shock, showing resistance to micro-cracking or cracking.

ONE.  Properties

INV-V411M is a standard bisphenol A type epoxy vinyl ester resin with medium viscosity, medium reactivity, reasonably optimized curing exothermic speed and exothermic peak temperature. It is the basic standard grade of our vinyl ester resin. . It has broad-spectrum corrosion resistance to acid, alkali, salt and organic solvent, and is widely used in chemical engineering of many chemical media such as acid, alkali, salt, organic solvent, and pipes, tanks, towers, tanks, pools, etc. in industry.

Three . Matters needing attention
1. The transportation shall comply with the regulations on the transportation and handling of hazardous chemicals in Chapter V of the State Council's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Chemical Hazardous Substances".
2. The product should be stored in a cool place below 25ºC, avoid fire and isolate the heat source.
3. The shelf life is 3 months under the specified storage conditions.
